1. How does TalentUp protect and use my personal data?

We take the security of our customers’ information very seriously. We use encryption and security protocols that are standard in the business world to keep your payment information safe and secret. Plus, TalentUp is GDPR compliant, and invests significant effort to constantly ensure that both your personal information and company information are stored securely at all times.

As a customer you can request access to your personal information, update your own personal information, request that we stop processing your data, and request to have your data deleted in full. We automatically delete data that our business no longer has any use for.

2. Is TalentUp reliable, secure and confidential?

At TalentUp we subscribe to the highest technical security standards for both the services we provide and the services we use to process and store your data. Your data is stored within the EEA (European Economic Area) in our Google Cloud Platform servers, and the data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We have multiple roles and permission levels to restrict access to sensitive data. We provide secure Single Sign On with Google to all companies.

Any Personal Data we collect from or about you, or that you provide to us, including through www.talentup.io and any subdomain thereof (“our website”), will be processed by us in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws [TalentUp’s Influencer Privacy Notice].
