TalentUp’s job leveling system provides a structured framework for career progression, defining roles, responsibilities, and organizational hierarchy. Each job level is categorized into four main groups: Support, Professional, Management, and Executive, represented by letters (S, P, M, E) and further subdivided by numbers. Higher numbers indicate more senior roles, ensuring clarity in career paths and expectations.

Support levels focus on foundational tasks, Professional levels involve specialized skills and leadership, Management levels oversee teams and strategic planning, and Executive levels handle overall company strategy and decision-making. This system supports fair compensation, transparent career development, and aligns individual contributions with our company’s strategic goals.
